RM of Three Lakes’s story

The Rural Municipality of Three Lakes No. 400 incorporated as a rural municipality on January 1, 1913.

Within its boundaries are the villages of Middle Lake, Pilger and St. Benedict, along with the localities of Reynaud and Verndale. The RM's office is in Middle Lake, where a council and an appointed administrator meet on the second Wednesday of every month.

Visitors to the area can find the Basin and Middle Lakes Migratory Bird Sanctuary and Lucien Lake Regional Park. Highways 20, 773 and 777 run through the municipality.
